North Lodge

North Lodge sits at the north entrance to the estate, nestled amongst the heritage trees. The interior of the Victorian gate lodge is inspired by its surroundings, with a refreshing green colourway and features the iconic ‘Squirrels and Sunflowers’ wallpaper design by Mark Hearld and Angie Lewin’s Saltmarsh Storm II print in the living room. The sumptuous oatmeal Harris Tweed sofa is perfect for snuggling up in front of the roaring fire and streaming the latest Netflix series.

North Lodge Exterior

North Lodge Living Room

This romantic hideaway, which sleeps two, features a large king-size bed with an oversized statement headboard covered in a beautifully detailed ‘Royal Oak’ fabric designed by artist Andrew Davidson.

North Lodge Bedroom

North Lodge has a private garden with easy access to trails across the estate. Recently, a bike store was installed at North Lodge, allowing for adventures on two wheels around the Scottish Borders.

West Lodge

Formerly the principal gate lodge Milne Graden House, West Lodge is surrounded by a mature garden and trees with views across the countryside. Inside, a calming blue colourway runs throughout the lodge, which features a cosy sitting room, double bedroom and fully-equipped kitchen.

The sitting room is a space for enjoying a gentler pace of life, beautifully decorated in the Farrow and Ball ‘Light Blue’ colourway with soft taupe furnishings and curtains, beautifully embroidered with insects and butterflies. The blue colourway continues into the bedroom where Angie Lewin’s ‘Nature’s Table’ wallpaper takes centre stage.

West Lodge Living Room

When the outdoors calls, West Lodge is perfectly located only a short walk from the River Tweed. A new bike store has also been recently installed at West Lodge, perfect for those who want to explore beyond the estate.

Park End

A romantic bolthole, Park End Lodge is the perfect place to retreat and immerse yourself in nature. The lodge, which sleeps two, has a modern country-style interior reflecting its rural location.

Park End ExteriorIn the living room, the soft blues and pinks combined with the natural slate floor and wood-burning stove create a relaxing atmosphere. Upon entering, the eye is instantly drawn to Angie Lewin’s ‘Ramsons and Campion’ piece, which hangs above the fireplace.

Made for long lies, the super king bed features sumptuous white linens and a statement red ‘Deer Park’ headboard designed by artist Andrew Davidson.

Park End Bedroom

Park End has a small enclosed, south-facing garden perfect for enjoying tea alfresco in the summer months with your dog after a river walk.

Swan’s Nest

Offering peace and tranquillity with views towards the River Tweed, this Savoyard-style holiday cottage sleeps four.

Swans Nest

The soft blue and grey colourway in the living area creates the ultimate calming haven for a well-deserved break. Relax in the evenings by the open fire with one of the Milne Graden Tartan blankets that were designed last year with the help of Lochcarron of Scotland. The living room interiors are beautifully complimented by the simple and elegant prints by British artist Emma Lawrenson.

Swans Nest Living Room

On the first floor, the two double bedrooms which are cosy, and welcoming with crisp bed linen make for the perfect place to rest your head after a day of exploring the estate. While the small enclosed garden makes the cottage ideal for dog-friendly stays and has river views that are to die for.

Tweedside

Neighbouring Swan’s Nest is the quaint cottage of Tweedside which boasts panoramic views of the meandering River Tweed. The interior is inspired by the nearby river and Berwickshire coastline with calming blues and limed wood finish, bringing a relaxing atmosphere to the cottage.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area features a sumptuous Harris Tweed sofa and an open fire, wonderful for relaxed evenings snuggled up in one of the soft Milne Graden Tartan blankets. Sleeping four guests between its two cosy double bedrooms, Tweedside is perfect for family trips or a getaway with friends.
