‘Tails of the Tweed’ Dog Park on Film
Join Georgina, Rosie and Popcorn as they have a paw-some day at the Tails of the Tweed dog park. Rosie, our beautiful black Labrador, and Popcorn, our delightful dachshund, had a wonderful afternoon burning off some energy. Our Park is kitted out with two agility courses, one for big dogs like Rosie, and the other for little legs like Popcorn!
The courses are complete with perfectly proportioned tunnels, hoops, seesaws, slalom poles, and a high platform. Rosie took all the equipment in her stride and excelled with every element of the course. Whether your four-legged friends are professional dog show candidates or they prefer to just dawdle around, they can enjoy the equipment at their own pace.
In addition to the agility course, the dog park is also complete with more toys than you can shake a stick at! There are also long grassy areas perfect for exploring and sniffing around, this happens to be Popcorns favourite activity. We have also provided a water butt so your pups can regain their energy.
Benches are located within the wildflower meadow surrounding the dog parks, perfect for our human guests to kick back and relax while your dog explores their new surroundings.
We take great pride in accommodating four-legged friends within all the Milne Graden holiday cottages. As a group of dog lovers, we go above and beyond to make sure they have all they need during their stay. This includes enclosed gardens, doggy bags full of treats and a walking map for you to explore the estate while walking your pet. Both School House and Garden House have spacious boot rooms that are perfect to store any kit and to dry off your pets. All other cottages have an entrance hall so excess mud and sand can be left at the door. Your dogs can then curl up in front of the wood-burning stove after a day of fun at the Tails of the Tweed dog park, and beyond!
